P 90 X

Let me tell you if you wanted to get in the best shape of your life or die trying this is the best way to do it . We have only done it for a couple of days and i already feel like i have more energy . Once i get past all the little and big aches it seems wirth it . I guess we will all see in 90 days ! I am trying to follow the work out and the diet . I hope i can make it the full 90 days . I might add that Jeb and Scott seems to be really enjoying also . The Rock every morning at 5:00 is the place to get in the best shape of your life . When we are finished a old country song comes to mind " MAN I FEEL LIKE A WOMAN " .
